Full of colorful caribbean flavor, discover Colombias infamous coast!

Discover the incredible Caribbean coast! Ridden with history of mystical pre-Colombian cultures, Spanish conquers, and pirates, discover this laid back sun drenched coastline, with colorful Afro-Colombian flair, exotic secluded beaches, candy colored colonial buildings and UNESCO historical sites!

Promenade through Cartagena, one of the most fascinating cities in South America due to its Caribbean charm and well conserved colonial architecture. A defensive wall surrounds the old city, which overlooks the sea and its well-preserved colonial architecture makes Cartagena deserving of the title UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Explore the Rosario Islands, made up of 43 idyllic tropical islands, covering 20 hectares of coral islands and reefs. The climate is tropical, humid, and averages 27 degrees Celsius. The Parks mangroves, coral reefs, and sea flora constitute one of the most diverse and productive ecosystems on the planet.

Stay in the quaint fisherman’s cove of Taganga, and watch the sun set over the sandy bay dotted with old fishermen’s boats that bobble in the seas tranquil waters.

Tayrona National Park has long been known to connoisseurs as one of the wildest and most beautiful corners of South America. Its swimming beaches are reached by a trail that dips and climbs through the rain forest and over mounds of giant white boulders.

Santa Marta boasts a fine natural harbor and splendid views, but that’s not the only reason the Spaniards conquers chose it for their first settlement. They also came hypnotized by the legends of gold as the local Tayrona indigenous communities were known for their incredible goldsmith work.

I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed my vacation in Colombia. It was an absolutely fabulous experience, and I loved not only the scenery, but most of all, the Colombian people. I can’t wait to go back, and I would definitely use Mantaraya Kayak again. Your arrangements were perfect — I loved my hotels and guides everywhere I went. I’m already thinking about my next trip to Colombia. Perhaps I’ll go to Medellin and Eje Cafetero next time.

Thank you again for such a fabulous experience.

They worked seamlessly for us and the whole experience was smooth and perfect. Our drivers were courteous and punctual, and we felt very safe and comfortable with their driving. The airport connections were easy and effortless, and the drive from Santa Marta to Cartagena was pleasant and relaxed.
The ecohabs were a great experience and the view was simply breathtaking. The service and food was terrific, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better.
