Without doubt one of the best things to do in Colombia is sample the vast array of delicious exotic fruits and natural fresh juices. Your mouth will house a revolution as distinct new flavors, textures and aromas that you never knew existed bombard your senses and overwhelm your taste buds…

Guanabana: this gigantic green fruit has sinister spiky skin delicately protecting a mass of soft, white, subtly sour flesh. It can be eaten raw or blended with milk and sugar to make a heavenly sweet smoothie.
